Fderal test lab needed

California takes its drug testing seriously... "In the last two years in California, we've had only two violations out of over 50,000 samples. That's a pretty amazing success rate."

This success rate indicates to me deliberate failure by collusion.

Horses’ are not tested for cortisone, snake venom and

Other drugs that are being used.

Racing needs an independent Federal Lab that would be funded from

A small % of the mutual handle AND TEST FOR THE 115 PERFORMANCE ENHANCING

DRUGS THAT ARE NOT BEING TESTED FOR NOW.

who was testing this jockey?

How did suspended jockey Norberto Arroyo Jr.’s pass his drug test?

http://www.saratogian.com/articles/2009 ... 434361.txt

The jockey, whose mounts were assigned to different riders for several races at the Saratoga Race Course Sunday and Monday, had his racing license suspended by the New York State Racing and Wagering Board. He previously had his license suspended for six months in 2008 by the New Jersey Racing Commission for unknown reasons......

The Times Union reported in July that he had to reapply for a New York racing license after failing a Dec. 4, 2008, drug test at Aqueduct. He also spent a night in jail following an assault conviction.
