Why do you brand Jerry as hysterical? I've had dealings with him on a number of occasions and I've always found him to be a very quiet man with extremely good manners. He must have had justification in his claims against the CHRB or he would not have been awarded such substantial costs. Clearly his claims were considered legitimate and I say more power to him for taking the stands he has. Maybe more people should follow his example and make the people who hold office responsible for their actions.

Innocent until proven guilty. It wouldn't be beyond Jamgotchian to disguise himself as Shapiro and inflict the damage himself! He's been on a three year rampage to exact his punishment on Shapiro for upholding the Del Mar stewards decision to disallow a late scratch of one of his horses.
