Is this Socal or Nocal?

Dunno - would 4 daze racing help this or not? DM card for 2day - 'feature' race purse +6K over MDN. Guess the purses are OK if ur an owner, but for my churn I expect (yes, expect) a lil better stock.

Clm 25000n2L Purse $25,000
Mdn 51k Purse $51,000
Clm 10000 Purse $16,000
MC 32000 Purse $22,000
Clm 12500 Purse $19,000
Clm 10000 Purse $16,000
OC 25000n$y Purse $57,000
MC 32000 Purse $22,000

Compared total purse $$$ vs Toga - Toga has one more race (didn't include the jump race as to us Left Coasters its comparable to a mule race - tho the purse is $100K!):

SAR purses - $430K. DM purses - $228K. Does Toga have slots?!?

Saratoga is not enhanced by slots....yet. Those purses are au naturale for the greatest race place in the US, bar none. Now if you walk across and down the street, you will see a casino and harness racing with enhanced purses.

But if you want to see real racing in California until Pomona starts, please drive due West on 101 for about 577 miles from Pacific Beach, turn left on Fairgrounds Dr and enter parking lot “A” for this Saturday’s races at the Santa Rosa Fair. I’ll be riding a few races at Santa Rosa and will treat all horse racing degenerates to a BBQ Beef sandwich and Paschetti at the restaurant right outside the track before and after the races.

Be there or be square.

Yeah Vincento, I know they don't have slots but nuttin gets by you eh?

More fun with numbers - SAR purses 2day like 95% more than DM. Yesterdays handle:

SAR - 10.3M
DM - 9.7M

So, where's all the money for purses going? Just to the weekends? Spending it on xtra track maintenance 8-) ? Fixing JJs car?

And if you want to see Harness Racing with enhanced VLT (slot) purses, take a look at Yonkers! Their latest purse increase has the Opens (top non-stakes level) now worth $50,000, which is not only a record for them, but a purse for which horses race for every week. The purses there have become insane!
