Boy did the networks drop the ball on this one.

After finding out that her taking on the boys in the Haskell was only going to be on TVG, just before the race I flipped through the TV menu to see what was on the other channels that was more important-

ESPN had NASCAR

ESPN 2 had WTP Tennis

As for the local LA CBS, NBC or ABC affiliates

CBS had Sports Central

NBC had Canadian Cartoons

ABC had Power Rangers.

Let's see............... A ratings bump while a filly goes for HOY, or............Cartoons.

And what makes it even worse, is the fact that Nascar was rained out, so they had to find something to fill the spot!!! Horrible, and uncalled for!

I'd rather watch the big races on TVG anyway. Less chance of them oohing and aahing over some C-list "celebrity.
