I grew up admiring his stable(I loved the orange silks-hey, as a kid that's how I picked my bets--much better handicapping system than I have now). But man, did this guy accomplish more than I could have ever imagined. And I loved the part of him helping Robyn Smith. Somehow I completely forgot she had married Fred Astaire even with quite a few years(decades?) between them.
