Re: PValFairgrounds:
Patrick A. Valenzuela ...... 254 - 25 - 35 - 29 ....... $1,033,606 - almost 10% winners, but making a living. Louisiana Downs: Patrick A. Valenzuela ...... 167 - 29 - 31 - 22 ....... $524,285 - 17% winners Me thinks he should stay in that circuit and make more friends with the trainers. The sweet bird of youth has flown away from Patrick. P.S. - that's the 10,000th post named 'PVal'! COngratulations! Thank God for the Federal Reserve. You can't have big government or big wars without them.
Re: PValAlso saw PVal briefly at Del Mar on Sunday. As well, wondered if he was allowed on race track grounds or is his ban simply riding related.

Re: PValHe was there for the introduction of a bizarre new PEB mural in the clubhouse, in which he apparently appears--a lot of the persons depicted were there (Rudy Campas! George Taniguchi!) so maybe he got a dispensation to take part in the ceremony?
Re: PVal
p val is not suspended he was just denied a riding lisence .. so there is no problem with being there. i sure do miss him .. im glad to see he is doing well over there I do not bet that crap circuit so i dont get to see him ride anymore...
Re: PValMaybe Michael Vick cited the CHRB vs. P Val when it comes to second chances in sports.

Re: PValEven if PVal could get licensed in California - which he can't - he'd have great difficulty getting good mounts. You can get away with tacking 122 as a big fish in a small pond, to an extent, but even Laffit had to get below 120 to regain a significant portion of his business.
