Best racing in the world. If you have time, take the free backstretch tour. Don't worry too much about trying to make money, just find a bench in the backyard and take it all in.

However, do make time for some Hattie's fried chicken.

The NYRA early pick 4 regardless of track, is usually races 2-5. Double check, but I'm almost positive.
