RIP Los Al duck

Postby White Hat » Fri Jul 24, 2009 6:53 am

Was at Los Al last night taking in the races and witnessed a first for me. A group of ducks left their pond and went to the track prior to the 2nd race and just stood there as the race was being run. All of the ducks survived with the exception of one poor soul who was removed via plastic bag after the race :(

Was Connie the fox that would always run across the track? I've seen skunks, rats, possums, coyotes and foxes at Los. Oh and I'm forgetting about their slew of wild cats running amok there. Don't get me wrong, all of it only adds to the experience.
