Just thought of this guy ... He was just a decent horse as far as results produced ... But Cat of Fifty-Seven used to always impress the heck out of me ... The guy was huge and gorgeous. He had his moments but all in all was nothing special as far as results.
The most jaw-droppingly impressive horse I ever saw in person was Horse Chestnut. He had the looks and the presence of Secretariat, who I did not see in person but have seen in plenty of photos & video. Saw Horse Chestnut in a visit to various KY stallion farms. That was almost 10 years ago and I can't get the image of him out of my mind, even if I wanted to. This guy had the look of eagles, and was an Adonis...large, imposing, magisterial.
