anyone noticed the bc/cal lottery promotion? seems a bit mixed up to me and the prizes seem really low. but what the heck, i bought 50 bucks worth.

I picked up 7 of the vouchers laying on the counter where you get the slips. This year they tied it into the Hot Spot game and not the regular lottery game. Kinda dumb if you ask me as more people buy the regular tickets.

two drawings take place, the 1st tomorrow oct 23rd the winner will be announced on oct 30th.
the prize is 4 tickets to the bc and $1000.00, however it does not include lodging or transportation. wTF. how is someone in
say sacramento suppose to arrange the trip in 3 days. just like anything else involving the government they fock it up.
it also says on the web site that you get to see one race the bc classic. so let me get this straight. 3 other people and i are suppose to buy
plane tickets to l.a. take a cab or rent a car drive all the way through l.a. pay to park etc.. and then go in santa anita and watch one race?
