TwinSpires is Happy to Announce: Wager Cancellation Feature
The new TwinSpires Wager Cancellation feature enables players to conveniently cancel a wager (within certain pre-defined limits) that has been previously submitted. The Wager Cancellation feature is accessed through the "Recall Today' Bets" screen on the TwinSpires.com wagering interface.

They don't say what the "pre-defined limits" are. Will I be able to manipulate the pools from the comfort of my home or not?
