4 more trials for Sunday with an exciting 6 horses per race, may have to focus on Cal Expo Harness (also known as best kept secret on the west coast)

Trying to figure out what happened to the quarter horse breed.

Just a couple of years ago, Los Al ran 4 days a week..an average of 10 races per night..with an average of 9 horses per race.

NOW Los Al runs 3 days a week..an average of 7 races per night (don't include the TB races) with an average of 6 horses per race..

Maybe there isn't enough of the sucker owners to go round. Money is tight these days.

Joel, take a look at Remington Park. 11 races a day with 10 horses in each race. Problem is, TVG doesnt show their races, post parades, have 3 guys on set, and a paddock reporter.
