Will Owners and Trainers take Grade 1 Horses out of State

Postby Igeteven » Mon Mar 04, 2013 1:09 pm

Here is a major problem I see,

Here is a big question, You are an owner , you have a top Trainer taking care of your horse. You own a Grade 1 horse. who is on top of the racing kingdom here is S Cal

One knows the money is great here at Del Mar , Santa Anita and Hollywood Park.

Now think about it one minute before you respond to taking the horse out of State, do you keep him here and use him as a cash cow or do you travel with the horse and take a shot in getting the horse hurt.

Remember horses don't like to travel and they do get hurt on the road.

Stay here , collect and be king of the races or do you take him to a off Track and be treated like a bum because you are from S Cal , Eastern Tracks hate us people from the West Coast. (That's no lie)

Me, I would stay in S Cal

Any comments.

This is being discussed in another thread. Why start a new one?

It's in the Game On Dude thread you started. Fredo discusses this issue on page 3.
