Good for them.

Now, if they run them without lasix and a horse you bet on bleeds then you should be given a full refund. You think they'll go for that? If they have any principles they should.

That is one way to look at it, the other is if you bet a horse who runs without Lasix, he gets 2nd, beat a half a length by a horse with Lasix. Do you get paid also? Since the most detailed studies show horses with Lasix run about 3 lengths faster than horses that do not.

What's better for the Gambler? All with it or all without it? There's only one right answer.

I agree "all with it helps the gambler", its one less situation to worry about most of time for the player. But anyone who thinks this issue is a cut and dry easy one is either misinformed or dillusional
