Martial Law, just because a Mexican lad told all of us at the DM book that he would win, he bet $100 to win, came in at 50-1 if you recall.
Many of us applauded the guy as we threw away our losing tickets.

Mine is Seabiscuit, however, his stable mate or the other horse that Howard owned could have beaten him. I believe the horse won the next Big Cap.

Remember the jockeys had an order not to pass Seabiscuit and the horse was declared.

I believe the horse was name Kayack, he ran second to Seabiscuit, during the presentation of the trophy , Howard also bought the horse into the winners circle.

the white tornado race was i believe my first hunnert grander in person.

the alysheba race is prolly my favorite. super diamond who ran third was no slouch.
