I'd tell you to reconsider Woodbine, but you sound like you've already made up your mind, so I'd tell you to take a hack at Fair Grounds. It's the most underrated winter meeting out there.
Stay far away from Aqueduct's inner meet. That meet exists to support New York breeders, which is nice for them, but offers little wagering value, with the lack of variety of races. It becomes obvious quickly which horses will win the statebred MSW's and the 15,000 claimers. Without New York money, this type of meeting wouldn't even exist.
