Why do they call it Fat Tuesday? Sounds very sexist to me.
Anyways, a little birdie told me that they have set very TENTATIVE dates for the Emerald Downs invasion.
This year it is tentatively scheduled for a Saturday - a change from the normal Sunday it's on.
Interestingly enough, that Sunday, August 4, is Italian Heritage Day at Emerald so I may be forced to stay and play both days, Aug 3-4.

Every Day should be Italian Heritage Day. I think that was a line from "The Godfather".
I hope they serve Pizza that day, nothing more Italian than Pizza.
