I believe the only way it will be bought at this point is by someone who has the means, passion and desire to save Southern California racing as we know it...I am hopeful that if someone did buy HP, they would spruce it up, come up or listen to innovative ideas (NOT The California song) and hopefully motivate people to come back there... I would even be ok to see CASH CALL signs everywhere on the grounds if that's what it takes to keep Hollywood Park afloat

This is one of those deals where in five years they legalize sports betting and some other stuff that Hollywood Park would be jam packed as long as they were able to take sports bets and they were not offered online for a few years. How about an opinion on my P6. I'll pm you with my phone number. I've already got a lot of positive feedback.

That is the only schedule that makes sense.

Some of the Posters here are smoking some good love with some of the things they are proposing, especially when they are talking about extending the Del Mar meet by several weeks..

This will never happen. The BC prep races and early premium fall dates will never be wasted at Los Al. If Los Al gets fall dates it will be late November- December the worst dates on the calendar. Also it will allow for the traditional December 26th excitement around the long meet at SA and an opportunity for the turf course to regrow.
