This is what I posted on FaceBook:

I am steaming right now and heartbroken . . . . . .

Because of the stupidity of a jockey, namely Pedro Flores! We have lost one horse and injured a jockey(Navin Mangalee, fractured right clavicle and concussion).

Stupidity like this should be held responsible "monetarily" for the havoc he created.

Rest in peace Black Mango (a 3yo ridgling by Fl ame Thrower o/o Emma G by Matty G.)
I am so sorry little boy. :'( ♥

**I also commented: It should be noted that 2 horses and 2 jockeys went down because of Pedro Flores who finished 3rd but was DQ'd to last place in a field of 11.

i agree Tairaterces...just like the idiot on the freeway who crossed over a lane without signaling and clearance and causes
a multiple car accident with possible fatalities and injuries not to mention destruction of vehicles.

leave it to me to be the contrarian,if I choose to willing watch the replay say on a replay situation that is my choice...yes I agree for some fans at the track it could be disconcerting but in the privacy of my home I should be able to see it..the one that injured bejarano a couple of years ago at del mar was part of the race and it should be available for many reasons..but that is me ..now about letting kids play football...

We're not trying to keep your from watching videos elsewhere; we're just not having links to them here. There has in the past been a certain ghoulishness involved in posting the links

Give or take a few posters I would say that we are all adults capable of deciding whether or not to click a link showing a bad spill. What's next? No drinking Big Gulps while posting on the forum.

If that happened in So Cal he'd only gotten 3.

Someone out there owned and/or bred those horses, or a jockey was part of someones family. It's more than enough to see it afterwards. If someone who had a 1.00 trifect thinks he is getting robbed he can go watch the replay at a later time to decide if the stewards single intent with the decision was to defraud them.

I agree Pete.Remember the stews will only DQ somebody if they feel and can predict the horse(s) interfered with were cost a placing.
