But this guy puts Owning Mohowny to shame. Steve Wynn had him spot on and called him a compulsive drunken scumbag, and dont ever come back.

use to be, not that long ago, 1980s that gambling debts were not collectable in the state of nevada, legally casinos couldnt collect even if a player wrote a bad check.
then they got burned for millions and got the law passed.

Guys - running a "Party Favor Business" - at least the ones I'm accustomed to, can earn you a $1,000,000 + in a few months.

So losing 1.27 mil ain't really that much.
