Hello all I'm new to this site and I must say this site is definitely the best in the country when it comes to racing and trying to encourage racing participation by the fan, Unlike other sites where it is a closed shop. I have been reviewing post from the last 3 years on all topics so I have a lot to respond to, but for now I want to get started with my first post regarding the dimwits at Santa Anita and how is it that they do not have a running clock in the 100 ths of seconds running at the start of each race timing the race? Ya know like get on the phone to casio or Longines and get some advertising dollars and get us a constant clock that measures in hundreths so we don't have to rely on that useless clock they have now that maybe sometimes works and shows at the quarter poles as its supposed during the race not on the replay after they figured out the clock wasn't even been shown !Man that pisses me off!
