Yep, hard to tell when the leading jockey rides the very best horse and wins. I look at the occasional 6-1 horses he rides and wins on. I hope you're not telling us that Nakatani (whom you hate) is as good as Ramon!!!???
Thank God for the Federal Reserve. You can't have big government or big wars without them.

domiguez is a really good jockey no doubt, but the difference is inches not lengths between the best and the so so jockies. how many derbies haashas dominguez won? how many has mario guiteirez won?

I sure hope you mean the talent of the horses. Russell would win virtually the same number if he rode Ramon's mounts in NY. Maybe a couple less because I've seen Dominguez do things that make you think he might be a witch. Amazing stuff. Great rider. Both great riders!!

Thanks Goof for making my point, there isn't much talent differnce between Russell and Ramon

You miss my whole point. It's the circuit difference. Ramon rides in the major leagues and Baze in Double A ball. And a question for all you know it alls!!! Why is it that when HOF trainer Jerry Hollendorfer runs a horse in a stakes race away from Northern California that he never employs his main man who has won over 2500 races for him??? Hmmmmm!!!! I wonder why????????

Whatever one has to say about Baze, please keep in mind that he CHOOSES to stay and ride in northern California because of family, lifestyle, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc.
The next person in here who says he isn't good enough to ride in SoCal/Kentucky/New York, etc, will be permanently banned in here for being stupid.
You have this in legal writing.
