Sorry to hear that. He is a tough customer. If Pedroza didn't give up the rail after he had it last time Nonios would have won in my opinion. I have to credit Smith for taking the chance and making it. I think Pedroza thought he had him blocked. For Nonios to come back and keep fighting till the end was great.

Yet ANOTHER California horse that Fredo spews his vitriol on. If he was stabled at Fredo's beloved Sportsmen's Park, he would think he was the second coming of Round Table..

[b]JB aka 2 hands all in then out poker guy,
Lets get something straight. My beloved Sportsman's Park in Chicago is now a industrial area. In fact I had to drop off a package to Giancana Waste Mgmt Co. while I was back there over the holidays. Secondly let me know the next time Nonininios runs. From what I remember he has seconditis and got beat a few times by Dude the carnival horse. I'll take the field and give you 6-1.Name your price tough guy.

You should have. Then you could have helped me pay off a portion of my gambling debts.

He won at 16-1 as one of the most overlayed horses in the history of horse racing a couple of months ago, in addition to winning three other races easily and running 2nd four times -some at boxcar odds, in only 10 races. He's a money machine for some gamblers and many professional poker players and announcers feel he's more than a decent Stakes horse.
