bloker did the same thing at pimlico on preakness day, costing me the superfecta. i have been trying to get him to reimburse me ever since.

Actually a Santa Anita bag.
Guy was apparently intending to commit suicide by horse, but when he saw them bearing down on him, he had a sudden change of heart and sprinted to the rail. One of the photos show the look on Chris McCarron's face as he passed. If looks really COULD kill, the guy would have been a goner.
