Do peeps here really need the satisfaction in calling others stupid and other juvenile things? To me, the ones who call the person stupid or fling insults are in fact stupid themselves for resorting to grade school antics in order to either feel better about themselves.

When I was the fattest slowest kid in Grade School, I didn't seek out the bullies and make stupid statements designed to force them to pound me.

Couldn't disagree with you more Vic.

I believe Mary installed a "Foe" button which would allow you and all the others who moan and complain [about Lester], to ignore him.

Of course watching you and several others argue and female dog about him tells me that you ARE very interested in reading what he has to say no matter how much you/they claim that's not the case. And please don't tell me that his quotes are appearing in other posts because I've seen you and the others directly quote him, which means you're reading his posts.

Personally, Lester bothers me as much as TVG does - that is to say he doesn't. I mute when I want to and listen when I want to hear a race call. Simple.

And like my cuzin Fredo says, Godspeed.

Btw, exactly what does Godspeed mean? It sounds cool to me, but I never really understood that one.

Vince

I have never stated a mistruth on this site. Never. Especially now because my of involvement in the industry I make sure to have fun but not cross the line.

Please please believe this is true. I am TOTALLY sick of Lester and all his stupid crap. He's like the annoying neighbor that always shows at block parties. It leaves one with two choices. Deal with him or never share fun times with your real friends.

He knows exactly what he's doing. His posts are designed for attention and to antagonize.

Although I should totally ignore I don't suffer fools well. My weakness to be sure. What I won't do is give up because I enjoy contributing and interacting with most of the posting members.

This is a great site populated for the most part by real racing fans that want to rejoice in our game.

Everyone is of course entitled to their opinion. Mine is it would be much better if Lester would permanently take a hike.

Goof

( this posted with the full awareness that many would appreciate me joining him on the same slow boat)

I always said, you were the best in the business, but your personally stinks, I am not trying to hurt your feeling and don't get me wrong, but you do have a problem getting along with people

Remember when I was in the booth with you, one second you were very rational, then you went from one personality to the next, like a Mr Hide. You do have a problem getting along with people that don't measure up to your standers or disagree with you. Other people have to use ego assassination because they are really cowards and don't want face the other side. We have a few here as we all know.

This is no secret among people who get to know you., also this will hinder your career when it's all over at HP. If you want T.D. job when he retires, I suggest you take a course in getting along with people and follow-it to the letter.. Because if you want Fairplex, Del Mar and Santa Anita, you will have to have a lot of friends pulling for you, fans writing in and some juice to get the job. Negative press will hurt you. You have a lot of enemies out there.

Truthfully, I would like to see you get all 3 tracks, however, you do have a lot of people out there that hate you.... you will have to smooth things over to win the grand slam.

I suggest you take a Dale Carnegie course to get along with people that don't suite your taste.

In your business, you meet a lot of different people, and Sir, you must get along with everyone no matter what.

Think about it.

I have invited fans into my booth since I started race calling in 1984. Only once did I have to put my foot down because a guest was either oblivious or purposely disrespectful. When you visited you were like a child with A D D that either couldn't or wouldn't respect the privilege of the visit. I joked with you from 14 mins. to post till the time the field was entering the gate. At that time I had to do my job. I had to tell you to " Sit down and shut up" by far more embarrassing to me and the other guests than to you as you fidgeted for 1:46 secs.

Read some more that I wrote above. It does not matter what I did, it matters how you responded to the situation.

Believe me on this, this matters on how you act.

I want you to win the grand slam.

Since it was also capitalized I'm assuming it was cut-and-paste. Then again, that does takes some effort.....
Thank God for the Federal Reserve. You can't have big government or big wars without them.
