Santa Anita's website is the worst I've ever seen.

The days are over for me to take a day off from work to go to opening day.I was excited and anticipating going to the SA website to see the replays and results. Are you effen kidding me ? Four pop up ads in 20 seconds. Ok,then I click on results then video and I have to join Bloodhorse,Xpress bet and apply for an American Express to watch a replay.Ok,so I won't see the race. Next thing I know I see a banner telling me to look at all the expert picks from HRTV. I totally respect Jeff Siegal and his insight is great. What happens when I click his name to match his picks against the results ? LMAO..I get his picks and analysis from Nov 4th.All of sudden a video starts playing on its own and its Martin Pedroza in the winners circle being presented with a billboard congratulating him for 3000 wins. A huge accomplishment imho. The problem is the camera was so close to his face I saw his nose hairs and could see through his pupils. Next up I hear Willman blabbing about Bill Shoemaker. HUH? Ok lets look around. I see Golden Gates headline everywhere and 10-15 promos for Grey Goose vodka.OK for old time sakes lets click one of the 3 calendars for Dec 26th and Bob Mieszerski picks.Guess what, a blank page comes up. What a joke.

At least that gives us more insight to the Kaleidoscope tv screens. I had my wife kick me in the nuts, spray pepper spray in me eyes, then I rubbed my eyes with my hands until I saw colors. I also tried to get yaz to punch one out to a feed of zenyatta races next to a box of tissues too but the poor boy is just to dam old now. All this just so I would have the feeling of "being there" for opening day
I would be a vegetarian if BACON grew on trees

Nothing compares to Del Mar's opening day though. You can't even breathe over there. Every space on the track is occupied
by human matter.

Believe me, there are no wiz kids over there, just people who know people to get a job.

They have the juice, nothing more.
