Does anyone else have missing pages in their Form today?

I opened my Form last night for today's Santa Anita races and I'm missing pages 11-16. Did anyone else find the same problem with their form?

Mine is missing the horseman races thankfully.

Dude man,

Buy the Premium Players' Edition for an extra $2.00. That cheapass local edition always has pages missing. You get what you pay for.
