That's the feel good story of 2012 in my opinion. Paynter survived impossible odds and made it. I like this story of perseverance
and Paynter's incredible will to live. Second best story was I'll Have Another's attempt at winning the Triple Crown.

Agree. Would be great if the horse could make it back to races, I am sure they will do right by him, so if he makes it back I would think he would return at a high level.
