Goof, I am glad I am wrong on this one, I just listen to the Weather Report. they GOOFED
However and I not kidding, predicting rain for our area is hard. We have prevailing winds that can re-direct a storm in another direction real fast

This time Poway actually DID get the rain! 
I hate it when I don't forward chain letter and I die the next day!
