They are working on a P6 bonus on non carryover days on track only. I hear it's 20%.

If they want to get the pools up they should offer a P6 bonus on XpressBet too. I don't think too many people are going to go to Santa Anita on non carryover days for a bonus on a bet that's so hard to hit.

It's all up to the TOC. They have a meeting on Friday and I expect Santa Anita will announce a bonus soon after the TOC approves whatever they want to do.
