I think losing those Baffert prime mounts and having Julien Leparoux breathing down his neck with same agent
has to be wearing thin on him. He sure is not riding as well as earlier in the year. Maybe he's just burned out or
fatigued.

Or maybe a couple of grass horses were unlucky and didn't get through. If both win he's not being psycho analyzed every other race.

My comments on RB are based on a bettor's point of view. If I can get an edge anywhere, that's $$$$ in my pocket.
RB's slump is bad for him but good for me. I will reevaluate him when big SA opens after Xmas.

His meet goes way beyond any one day, his body of work this meet has been way below his normal high standards. I think only his mom would argue otherwise.

He peaked after Del Mar finished. Now, with SA on the way, let's how Leparoux and Bejarano do for the upcoming meet. Wonder if Leparoux will still be getting more better mounts? For sure Leparoux will be top 5 here.

Oh and maybe the sharing agents part will not work maybe if Leparoux continues getting live mounts and worse more wins.

I've bet plenty of times against RB at odds on on the turf and cashed quite a few times. Some jockeys are better on some surfaces and some are not.I think he' one of the best jockeys on the West coast. He also has brought in some nice priced winners for me over the years. This forum is about opinions, observations and viewpoints. Just because your HP's race caller doesn't mean you have to defend EVERY employee or jockey or trainer of HP.When someone tells me they don't like a TV show or film from NBC/Universal I don't feel the need to disagree with them. Guess what,I sometimes agree with them. NBC/Universal puts out a bad product on a consistent basis. Its not my job to defend the product. I can see 3,4 films a month for free.I usually pass on 3 of em and I"ve worked on most of them.I don't expect you to bite the hand that feeds you.No doubt your job is more high profile than mine.My part time GF is very successful in the film business. I've been at social events with her with some of the biggest names in the film industry. I've witnessed superstars, box office champs and screenwriters pitch ideas to her over dinner and tails. When she isn't in love with something or doesn't think the project is not for her and her company, her stock line is" wow that is so interesting. Let me mull it over for a few days and we'll talk soon".No harm no foul.

I always thought Bejarano as a better rider at SA and DMR than a Hol RIder

This has Zero to do with me working at HP. I'm a horse racing fan just like the rest of you. I thought I was also entitled to my own opinion.
