Re: Pulpit dead at 18Still remeber his electrifying maiden-breaker at gulfstream.Dont think Ive ever seen another maiden-breaker that wowed a nation so much.It was impossible to live up to all that hype after that,but he did very well.RIP.

Retired in 2009. I don't remember when he married Donna Barton. He was checking-out yearlings and 2YOs for Keeneland sales at one time, don't know if he still does that. Lives in Louisville. Don't forget Hansel and First Samarui. America must have the highest "goofs per capita" rating of any nation outside Antarctica.
