i have paid those guys 10% at least 20 different times. a couple of times i thought they werent going to give me my money.
at turfway this guy cashed my $900.00 tri ticket and just took off walking fast i ran after him and he was saying i dont know you blah blah blah, i thought we were going to get into it but he finally gave me my money but he took an extra $100.00 bill

If Willie is a distinguished-looking older Black man with a groomed grey beard, then I may have escaped trouble.
This gentleman was working the satellite wagering building (no live racing) and someone told me he was the "man to see."
In my case he knew and contacted another gentleman to sign for me, I donated 10% and he took his cut from that guy.
It was only a G so maybe he didn't bother himself.

there are a lot of people who do this at the race tracks, no problem in finding a person to cash the ticket

And I'll never understand why one doesn't cash their own tickets and do the same.

I have figuratively 17 shoe boxes full of losing tickets in case I ever hit anything - and that's just this year alone.
