I dont see Joel Rosario going away anytime soon. Proved me wrong that he'd make it there. On Closing Day at Santa Anita this Fall, I met him and seemed like a nice guy. I asked him if was staying in CA or going to Gulfstream and he told "Gulfstream." I got his autograph. It was a picture of him winning on both Dakota Phone in the Dirt Mile and Dullahan in the Pacific Classic.

Now that people are noticing him they're starting to catch on and now he's a threat to guys like Ramon Dominguez, Javier Castellano, and John Velazquez.

His agent has a huge part to do with that.

What I will say TVGHRTVFAN is I really respect Joel for challenging himself and going out there. When he first went out with his original agent he didn't fair so well. I believe he saw the writing on the wall and hired someone who has all the top connections to trainers and especially stakes horses.

I'll always associate Joel with Calvin Borel and the BC Marathon. Now that was some great TV coverage!

Do you mean Javier Castellano and Borel?

I respect your opinion. But sometimes he actually was listed on someways 5-7 horses a day during the beginning of Saratoga with Ronnie but I don't think he wasn't happy and satisfied so that's why he went to Ron Anderson because as you said he knows connections with quality horses. I think it played a role a bit but his hustling too played a role. Probably the best hustling he ever did since he first came here to CA. I agree with some of the statements you said though.
