My first thought was who would use this guy on their horse after suspension was lifted? But maybe people would clamor to use him, so in the paddock they could ask "who do you like in this race?".

Just my opinion, I think there would be a lot more of stuff like this in CA if exchange wagering gets approved. Might not be unusual for jocks to seem to give less than optimal rides on favorites.

I'd double his suspension for being dumb about how he placed the wager.

When Vince P rides at Ferndale, he asks TT or I to place bets for him on other horses in races he rides in. I get 11.77% of Vince's take
