"The temporary seating will be behind a row of boxes constructed several years ago and at the site of the Trackside Village, a two-story hospitality tent, constructed specifically for Kentucky Derby and Kentucky Oaks Week entertainment."

When ever I see the wording "behind" I tend to believe the view will be obstructed.

Exactly, and whenever I see the words “two-story” and “tent” further combined with "hospitality (a/k/a intoxication)", I tend to believe the rickety thing will likely collapse in a gust of Kentucky spring wind, that’s what I believe, putting you even further behinder, if that’s possible ???

Are backstretch seats coming soon?

At the BC at Santa Anita there were a couple of those portable sky boxes in the parking lot by Clocker's Corner. I'd say those people didn't care about seeing the races, it was all about being seen.

Absolutely! In an effort to demonstrate CHDN’s commitment to renewable energy, Anadarko and Chesapeake have been granted licenses to stage corporate Hot Air Balloon Ride Seating fueled by methane emanating from the backside manure pits. These seating areas are tentatively scheduled to be staged over Barns 21, 22, 23 and 24, with preferred Hot Air seating located over the Recreation Building/Press Office (no lack of green fuel there eh), as depicted by “I” in the diagram below…
