Just curious Hollywood Mike, are the one who every once in a while calls in to the Roger Stein show?

No I haven't yet but listen to his show every weekend and email him from time to time. I consider Roger a friend.

One thing about Talamo is that he rarely travels out of town to accept mounts. Way less than Bejarano, Rosario (when
he was here), Nakatani, and Gomez.

Once Joe becomes more of a household name, then he'll start to slowly but surely become more of a key player on the national stage. Right now at the moment from Southern California, the key players on the National stage is Rafael Bejarano, Garrett Gomez, Corey Nakatani and Mike Smith. Maybe Talamo will be on their in the next year and a half or so. Maybe even next year.

Really-GOOF back up your claim. He went to NY and didn't do anything. I put these NY riders above him

1) Dominguez
2) Velazquez
3) Castellano
4) Lezcano
5) Alvarado
6) Rosario
7) Maragh
8) Velasquez
9) Ortiz, JR.
10) Garcia

Bejarano is my favorite rider and I think he could challenge the best in NY but he has to go to NY. But come on we have to be objective here. Ramon is KIng of All and becoming a legend

You said he'd be " nowhere near" the top 10 in NY. He's about to be leading rider at Santa Anita for the meet that used to be called Oak Tree. A prestigious Southern California run. You're certainly entitled to your opinion. As am I. I think your statement is ridiculous.

How is it ridiculous when the 11 riders I mentioned are better than him. A lot easier beating 4 other riders in a race than 8-9 top class riders
