Dear THOROUGHBREDS Member:
As a special thank you we would like to offer a free upgrade reserved seat to the first 1,000 THOROUGHBREDS attending the 2012 Breeders' Cup Friday, courtesy of Santa Anita Park.

Simply pay General Admission on Friday ($15) and go to the Main THOROUGHBREDS Center to receive your free upgrade reserved grandstand seat, while supplies last. Come early as these seats are expected to go fast!

This offer is valid on Breeders' Cup Friday (November 2) only.

Gates Open at 9:00 a.m.
First Post at 11:15 a.m.

So the greedy

s at Breeders' Cup Ltd. want to think their event is the SUPER BOWL of horse racing.

They dilute their product and spread the races out over 2 days..so you get MAIDEN'S winning Breeders' Cup races, like today.

Today's estimated attendance count by some is 20,000 -25,000.

That's about where I sat during the dressage and jumping finals at the Olympics. Seats NOT free!

The apron looks pretty empty, as well.

Looks like fewer people are there today than on any Saturday at Del Mar..

Lets see if Fravel can do the right thing next year and return it back to the wonderful ONE DAY event, the way Mr. Gaines intended it to be..
