Not yet. But she's only had foals since 2006. Too early to tell about her. Every proven broodmare started out unproven.

She can start proving her mettle very soon, can't wait for VALLENZERI (yeah . . I know . . . ) to start.

It is really sad and if you remember a few years ago it did affect her. How can it not. Cruel I think. These horses are flesh and brains not a piece of steel to sell like a car.

It makes me think of a kid going from foster home to foster home. Kind of an extreme way of putting it, but still....I believe that horses (dogs, apes, elephants, etc.) can feel bereft.

not yet? her female family has already shown through generations no quality. she is probably just a freak, and the chance of her producing a nice horse is no better than any $20k claimer if bred to the same stallions.

I meant that she could be the start of a family of female producers. They all had to start with a particular mare, didn't they? if she gets the right nick or nicks, who knows what might turn up. History starts every new day.
