Azeri is For Sale Again

Kind of sad, that she goes on the auction block every few years. Or, I don't know, maybe it doesn't affect her at all.

Here are some pictures of her yearling daughter by Giants Causeway that sold yesterday at Keeneland.

Maybe she is not real easy to get into foal?

Hurry up and sell her before D. Wayne Lukas convinces Michal Paulson to race her in next year's Met Mile against the colts.

2005 to Storm Cat - barren - but this could possibly be because of Storm Cat's fertility problems.
2006 to A P Indy - Colt
2007 to Giants Causeway - Filly
2008 to Ghostzapper - Filly
2009 to Distorted Humor - in foal

So I don't think getting in foal is a problem.

I think Michael Paulson was the problem, the Allen Paulson Living Trust was supposed to disperse all of the horses to close out the estate. But Michael was flip-flopping so much about getting rid of Azeri and her get that now Michael is no longer the trustee and Azeri WILL BE SOLD per the Trust.

Bingo, including the faux buyback of Vallenzeri for $7.7 million.

A broodmare is like a box of chocolates.

that true but you lessen your risk
