Take Control???? that's the best they could come up with? it's so uninspiring......they must have really, really, really hated Vallenzeri.....i think i'll just call him taco.

"Vallenzeri" was a good, unusual name, and it echoed his mother's name. It also had a dash of the romantic, as in "Valentino."
"Take Control" is just another bland, humdrum oh-we-have-to-name-the-horse-*something* kind of name. Blah.
Guess the new owners just wanted to "take control" and assert themselves with a new name.
