Yes .....I read that while waiting for my Medical Marijuana "prescription" over in Oakland
You can take the man away from the racetrack, but you can not take the racetrack out of the man.

The worst ones are the "Ties Lose" cards where there's almost guaranteed to be a TIE somewhere. I saw one in Tahoe recently and almost fainted.

i have a one that got away story. went to reno a couple of years ago and told my buddy that as soon as we get there im gonna play a $200.00 nfl 6 team parlay. so we get there on friday evening while he is waiting in line to check into our rooms, i says save my place im gonna go make my 6 team parlay bet. i walk all the way over to the race/sports book and the sports book had just closed, im like ok no big deal, next day i forget about it, lose my arse playin the slow ponies, get up sunday morning short on dinero so i dont bet it at all, loose my arse again on sunday with even slower horses, and you guess it my 6 teamer wins, thats 35to1 x$200.00, instead we leave without any money starving to death with no cash to eat, dug out a bunch of change to get us a big mack each, no soda or fries..sorta my life story gamblin and quakoin

Funny story CK. I have one too, unfortunately.

Harrah's, circa my senior year; I'm with my cuzin, a "player" that Harrah's gives markers to. Anyways, since I'm a starving student, I go up there with like $5 but everything is on the house, including food, suites, broads, coke, you name it, so I wasn't worried about money.

Anyways, my cuzin wins about $50,000 and then loses his ass - and ends up down (owing) about $50,000 after being way ahead. Anyways, we have to leave real early the next morning.

After we pass the mountains I tell my cuz I'm hungry and want a donut or something. He goes, "I ain't got no loving money." And neither do I. So we're like scrounging in his Mercedes 777 or whatever it was, to find money for a loving donut.

True story, I swear to God - After kissing away about $100,000, we don't have money for a .25 cent motherlessloving donut.

Crazy things we degenerates can do.
