Beyers 'timeless' review of TVG

I could live w/o it. It would end exclusivity and let HRTV do what they do best. I prefer the Kanadian HRI model - couple channels of track feeds and a couple channels of odds. That's all I want and need.

Have I ever heard anything useful from them as Mike suggests? Yep, they did tell me once about a FTG after he crossed the line first....

What did we do b4 TVG? We went to the tracks and looked up at 20" monitors showing the ITW feeds.

It is convenient but convenience alone does not make it 'better'.

Hey TVG, you spend all weekend hyping the Gold Cup, and then when it's time to run the race, you can't be bothered to give us a fractional time until we're six furlongs in? I don't care that you put a mic on Ron Ellis, you gotta figure out the fundamentals first.

Only 3 days back, and I already have a reason to rip TVG. They make it too easy sometimes, as much as I love 'em.
