Really? Sure looked like he LOVED it today even though he was placed 2nd after molesting Capt. Candyman Can throughout the stretch. Great "inside info". :lol:

I don't generally like to criticize riders, but it looked like Alan was responsible with his left-handed whipping.

That and the 6 month layoff was probably getting to him when he started going erratically.

That was ugly. They missed getting front legs entangled with each other by millimeters. Could have had catastrophic consequences. But purely accidental, not aggressive race-riding. Excellent efforts from both horses.
