Imagine you enjoy the free exchange of ideas in their fan forum, as well. I hate it when I don't forward chain letter and I die the next day!
Re: You gotta be a tough horseplayer--
In most years, yes. This year, no.
Re: You gotta be a tough horseplayer--
I didn't watch that race, but 3.45-1 is hardly a "decent price."
Re: You gotta be a tough horseplayer--Did you see the 3rd today? Now you guys know what I'm talking about. What on Earth happened to Ducduc? He goes the first half in 50 and 4, and yet doesn't have enough to go the last 4 1/2 furlongs? What the hell was Garcia waiting for? He had three trifecta finishes at Gulfstream this winter! He was oozing backclass that the other 8 entries haven't even sniffed! And Garcia the amateur just sat there and let everybody beat him! He's the worst 22% rider in the game!
Re: You gotta be a tough horseplayer--At least one of these statements is true:
1) Edgar Prado is absolute garbage as a rider, and is only getting mounts because he rode Barbaro. 2) Saratoga Sinner has a legitimate medical problem. 3) Gulfstream is not the elite winter meeting that we all think it is.
