lot shuttles?

I should be concentrating more on handicapping than parking...but...

Are there going to be shuttles in the parking lots that will take people from the outer reaches of the lots to the gate?

Yes there will be trams from the dirt lot once the main paved parking lot gets full and and also there will be double decker bus`s from the train station to the west end parking lot close to the grandstand admission gates....
